When the website is accessed, the server automatically records technical data transmitted by your browser, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. These server log files are technically necessary in order to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.

The fonts used on this website are served locally from the website’s own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google, and no data is transferred to third parties.

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking or analytics services. A consent banner is therefore not required.

If you contact me by telephone, email or WhatsApp, I process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise my legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

On this website you can get in touch via a WhatsApp button. The button is a plain link with a preceding confirmation step; no WhatsApp content is embedded when the page loads. Only when you actively click the confirmation and use WhatsApp is data transferred to the operator WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., whereby a transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out.
